4. Payment Terms
All payments for services must be made in accordance with the pricing outlined on justscribal.co.uk or as agreed upon during a custom consultation. Payment must be received before the final delivery of any work. Invoices are provided, and payment methods will be detailed in the agreement with the client.
5. Revisions and Approvals
You are entitled to revisions as part of our collaborative process. However, excessive revisions outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance. Final approval of the work by the client signifies acceptance, after which additional changes may require a new service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- Client Ownership: Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights to the content created as part of the project (books, prayer journals, devotionals, etc.) will transfer to the client.
- Scribal Rights: Until full payment is received, all content created by Just Scribal remains the intellectual property of the company.
- Third-Party Materials: You agree to ensure that any third-party materials (such as sermons, audio recordings, etc.) provided to us do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel a project at any time. However, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed and payment for that portion is due.
- Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services or work already delivered. For partially completed projects, a refund may be provided for unbilled future work.
8. Limitation of Liability
Just Scribal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount you paid for services rendered.
